Pipeline

hi ;)

i have a problem with pipeline for installation i have Windows Vista i put all files in right directory but when i go to run Pipeline, no't compile and the pipeline.ini dosn't create it :(

I downloaded the patch with the world builder in it but it isnt working is there anywhere i can download it online
